    foreach ($pwa in $PWAs) {
        $url = ($pwa.url).AbsoluteUri + "/"

        IENavigateTo $url

Or like this:

    $PWAs = Get-SPProjectWebInstance

    foreach ($pwa in $PWAs) {
        $url = ($pwa.url).AbsoluteUri + "/"

        "Processing PWA application {0}" -f $url | Write-Verbose

        $global:siteUrls += $url
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "_layouts/viewlsts.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "_vti_bin/sts/spsecuritytokenservice.svc"

        $global:siteUrls += $url + "Projects.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "Approvals.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "Tasks.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "Resources.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "ProjectBICenter/Pages/Default.aspx"
        $global:siteUrls += $url + "_layouts/15/pwa/Admin/Admin.aspx"
    }

I have added support for the Microsoft Project Server to the Changeset 116304. Download the version from the code repository and use the switch -ProjectServer to enable.
I haven't tested this code on a Project server so far, so please be aware that I might have some problems.
